Lay Flat Tubing
Lay flat tubing, also known as poly tubing, is a continuous roll of flexible polyethylene sleeving, open at one end and rolled at the other. Available on plastic or cardboard cores, it allows users to cut bags to any length as needed. This cost-effective packaging solution is ideal for enclosing objects of the same width but varying lengths, as well as odd-shaped, long, or difficult-to-wrap items. Simply insert the product, cut to size, and seal, staple, or tape the ends to create custom bags.
For added convenience, perforated poly tubing—also known as sleeves—can be customized with perforations at specific intervals, eliminating the need for pre-sealed ends. Single Wound Sheeting
Single wound sheeting (SWS) is also known as flat film, which is a lay flat polyethylene tubing slit on both sides. This sheeting creates 2 sheets on top of each other and wound separately. Double Wound Sheeting
Double wound sheeting (DWS) is sheeting wound up 2 layers thick on a roll. Sheeting measured is in inches for width and the length is in feet. They can be custom made to your size specifications, produced with your choice of high-quality material and printing options.
Center Slit Film & Gusseted Tubing
Center slit film and gusseted tubing feature a precise slit down the center of one film layer, allowing the material to open into a flat sheet when needed. This design offers flexibility for various applications and can be fully customized to meet your exact size specifications. We manufacture these products using high-quality materials and provide custom printing options to match your branding or functional requirements.
Our center slit gusseted tubing includes triangle-shaped pleats (gussets) on both sides, allowing the bag to expand beyond its lay-flat width.
